They are well-tolerated and bring rapid and sustained relief from hay fever as well as common cold with a twice-daily dosing. Adults and Adolescents aged 12 and above can take one Clarinase™ Repetab prolonged-release tablet twice a day with a glass of water that can be accompanied with food.
