BETOPTIC 0.5% EYE DROPS 5 ML

* BETOPTIC (Betaxolol HCl 0.5% as base) Sterile Ophthalmic Solution. 5 ml Drop-Trainer Dispenser.
* Composition: Each ml contains:
& & – Active: 5.6 mg Betaxolol Hydrochloride (0.56%), equivalent to Betaxolol base 5 mg (0.5%).
& & – Preservative: Benzalkonium chloride 0.1 mg (0.01%).
& & – Inactives: Edetate Disodium, Sodium Chloride, Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide
& & (to adjust pH), and Purified Water.
* For topical ophthalmic use only. Note: For use only with physician prescription.
* Usual Dosage: One drop topically in the affected eye(s) twice daily or as indicated by physician.
* Discard one month after opening.
* Store at room temperature below 22 degrees C.
