** Delarex (Desloratadine 5 mg) 20 film-coated tablets. Antihistamine. (Desloratadine, the major, active metabolite of loratadine used for: Allergic rhinitis; urticaria. It is long acting antiallergic used once daily).
** Composition:
Each film-coated tablet contains:
Desloratadine 5 mg
** Indications:
1- Relief of nasal & non-nasal symptoms of seasonal & perennial allergic rhinitis in individuals 12 years of age & older.
2- Symptomatic relief of pruritus, reduction in the number of hives, & size of hives, in patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria in individuals 12 years of age & older.
3- Symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis.
** Dosage & Administration:
– Adults & children 12 years of age & older: one tablet to be taken once daily.
– Patients with hepatic or renal impairment should be given desloratadine 5mg on alternate days initially.
** Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees C, in dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
