MOSAPRIDE 5 MG 30 TAB

* Mosapride (Mosapride citrate) 5 mg 30 film-coated Tablets.
* Pharmacological actions: agonist at 5-HT4 receptors, increasing acetylcholine release and stimulating gastrointestinal motility.
* Indications: Gastrointestinal disorders including: Gastritis, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, nausea, vomiting & dyspepsia.
* Dosage & administration: 2.5 – 5 mg three times daily taken before or after meals.
* Contraindications:
– Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product.
– Pregnancy & lactation.
– Not used by children.
* Precautions & warnings:
– In case of renal impairment.
– In elderly patients.
– It is recommended to discontinue treatment if there is no improvement within 2 weeks.
* Pregnancy & lactation:
It should not be used during pregnancy or lactation.
* To be used under medical supervision.
* Store in a dry place, at temperature not exceeding 30 degrees C.
